We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or broken 🧵
• You received the wrong item (incorrect style, color, or quantity) 📦
• The product is significantly different from the description or images

📸 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo or video evidence.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Change of mind (style, color, or fit not as expected)
• Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

💳 Refund Method:

Once your return is approved and we receive the item back, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
